Lower Olentangy Tunnel Project | City of Columbus - City Hall
Here's a look at the tunnel boring machine (TBM), which will be used to excavate a tunnel from Tuttle Park to Vine St. and Neil Ave. The goal of the Lower Olentangy Tunnel Project is to keep sewage out of the Olentangy River during heavy rain and divert it to our water treatment plant. The tunnel is scheduled to be completed by 2026. Columbus Public Utilities
