Valleyview home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Valleyview rose by $30,200 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,500 - a 43% increase over the $70,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Valleyview in the second half of 2016.
