Valleyview home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Valleyview rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $87,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Valleyview in the first half of 2018.
