Valleyview home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Valleyview rose by $8,800 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,300 - a 8.8% increase over the $100,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Valleyview in the second half of 2017.
