Valleyview home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Valleyview rose by $35,787 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,425 - a 76.7% increase over the $46,639 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Valleyview in the first quarter of 2017.
