Valleyview home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Valleyview fell by $6,700 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,300 - a 5.8% decrease over the $116,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Valleyview in the fourth quarter of 2017.
